Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team.

The Day to Day

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers across a variety of sectors.

Working closely with the design and production teams, you'll develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, positioning yourself as a trusted commercial partner while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities across the UK.
  • Developing and expanding relationships within existing customer accounts.
  • Promoting a portfolio of bespoke signage, retail display, cardboard engineering, exhibition and point-of-sale solutions.
  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful project delivery.
  • Preparing quotations, proposals and customer presentations.
  • Attending client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities.

You will ideally have

  • Experience within Business Development, Account Management or B2B Sales.
  • Previous experience within the signage, display, print, packaging, cardboard engineering, POS or exhibition industries.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • A passion for delivering innovative customer solutions.
  • A full UK driving licence.
