Property Maintenance Administrator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing property company, seeking a Property Maintenance Administratorto join their Tenancy Services team at their head office.

Managing a portfolio of 500+ properties, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the property industry. Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient tenancy service from reservation through to the end of tenancy.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, no evenings or weekends!

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure new tenants move in smoothly and on time, liaising with third-party partners throughout the process from reservation through to key collection
• Liaise with inspection staff where necessary to organise mid-term inspections
• Complete rent reviews for existing tenants
• Book inventory and checkout inspections for incoming and outgoing tenants
• Issue ASB letters and Section Notices when required, relating to end of tenancy or rent increases
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants throughout their tenancy journey
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and third-party partners as required
• Ensure tenancy administration is completed accurately and within required timescales

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• At least 6 months experience working in property.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships
