Operations Coordinator in Pershore

Juice Recruitment are delighted to beexclusivelysupporting a leading buisness in their search for a Operations Coordinator to join their team.

We are looking for a talented individualwho has strong experience in stock management and operational tasks within a warehouse.

DAY TO DAY:

• Responsible for the overall administrative functions of the department.
• Book in, transfer and move stock in and between locations.
• Investigate all stock queries, order shortfalls and reason for order fulfillment failures.
• Coordinate with the supervisor suppliers on the arrival of goods-in vehicles and accuracy of the booking in schedule.
• Improve the accuracy of stock counts through continually improving working techniques.
• Responsible for Error investigation, Interaction Reporting, Upkeep of an issues log.
• Identify damaged and/or obsolete stock for re-working or disposal.
• Assist operational and warehouse management and supervisors when stocking levels need to change.

• Working in a WMS controlled warehouse environment

Working day are Monday – Friday.
