The Role
As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across a variety of clients and industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work autonomously, and be part of a high-performing digital team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise performance, focusing on Search, Shopping, and Display strategies.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad effectiveness.
Write compelling ad copy and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, reporting on campaign success and areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with PPC and search engine industry trends, ensuring best practices are applied.
Work closely with internal teams to align paid strategies with client goals.
What We\’re Looking For
At least two years’ experience in Paid Search (PPC), either agency or client-side.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and campaign optimisation.
Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
Client-facing experience with strong communication and reporting skills.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Google Ads/Bing certification would be a bonus.
Experience in Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is desirable but not essential.
