Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client based in Corsham, who are looking to welcome an Operations and Logistics Administrator into their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive manufacturing company.

DAY TO DAY

  • Provide administration support to the Sales and Purchasing teams
  • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Organise internal orders and liaise with customers about delays or updates
  • Label dangerous goods and prepare associated documentation (training provided)
  • Communicate with freight companies and resolve customs/shipping issues
  • Handle order-specific customer service enquiries
  • Maintain accurate ERP system records and manual files
  • Support goods-in processes and batch creation
  • Recommend improvements to internal systems and procedures

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role (ideal)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Confident communication skills – both written and verbal – with internal teams and customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
