Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client based in Corsham, who are looking to welcome an Operations and Logistics Administrator into their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive manufacturing company.
DAY TO DAY
- Provide administration support to the Sales and Purchasing teams
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment
- Organise internal orders and liaise with customers about delays or updates
- Label dangerous goods and prepare associated documentation (training provided)
- Communicate with freight companies and resolve customs/shipping issues
- Handle order-specific customer service enquiries
- Maintain accurate ERP system records and manual files
- Support goods-in processes and batch creation
- Recommend improvements to internal systems and procedures
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role (ideal)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident communication skills – both written and verbal – with internal teams and customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
