Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected business in Newport with the appointment of a Service & Aftersales Advisor to join their friendly and supportive Automotive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment and delivering an excellent customer experience.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing inbound telephone calls and emails to schedule customer bookings.
  • Creating job cards, processing invoices and taking customer payments.
  • Providing customers with updates on the progress of their vehicles via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Supporting warranty administration and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Ordering parts and liaising with internal departments to support the workshop.
  • Coordinating workshop bookings and communicating daily priorities with the wider team.
  • Welcoming customers, checking vehicles in and handing them back following completed work.
  • Delivering a professional and friendly service throughout the customer journey.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience within a customer service, administration or service advisor role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • High attention to detail and good IT skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

AND FOR YOU:

  • Salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Saturday mornings on a 1 in 5 rota, paid as overtime.
  • 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
  • Company pension.
  • Free onsite parking.
