Day to Day: Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of all Health & Safety responsibilities across the business. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll be instrumental in creating a culture of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Leading on fire safety management and compliance
  • Delivering engaging training sessions to staff at all levels
  • Managing and investigating incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and follow‑up
  • Partnering with managers across the business to drive best practice

We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification or equivalent
  • COSHH training
  • Strong experience in fire risk assessments and compliance
  • A solid understanding of current Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in training and advising stakeholders
