Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading company in the search for a Brand Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, commercially focused marketing role responsible for driving the brand performance, growth and success of a portfolio of supplier partner brands across export markets.

You’ll take ownership of partner brand strategy, investment planning and go-to-market execution, working closely with internal teams and external brand partners to deliver impactful campaigns, successful product launches and strong commercial results. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded brand marketing professional from a FMCG/retail background, who enjoys combining brand strategy with data-led decision making, stakeholder management and international exposure.

The day to day

You will lead the development and execution of partner brand strategies across multiple export markets, ensuring all activity delivers commercial growth, brand consistency and strong return on investment.

  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Technical and Marketing teams, you will ensure partner brands are successfully positioned, launched and developed across international markets.

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Define and lead partner brand strategies aligned to company and annual marketing objectives.
  • Develop market, competitor, customer and category insight to shape brand positioning across export markets.
  • Influence range reviews, distribution strategy and New Product Development (NPD) activity.
  • Define and manage brand budgets by market and channel, ensuring commercial return and ROI.
  • Safeguard brand consistency and advise on market execution, including IP considerations in new territories.
  • Translate innovation and portfolio roadmaps into commercially viable market plans (pricing, flavour, packaging, positioning).

Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for partner brands, managing relationships, expectations and approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Technical.
  • Work with Supplier Relationship Managers to ensure aligned and value-driven brand execution.
  • Produce clear and commercially focused brand strategy briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure trade marketing, digital and social activity supports agreed sales objectives.

Go-To-Market & NPD

  • Lead NPD launches from concept through to post-launch performance review.
  • Work closely with Technical and Sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and rollout.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, trade marketing and POS channels.
  • Manage agencies to deliver consistent brand communications across markets.
  • Prioritise marketing investment based on commercial return and business impact.

Performance, Data & Insight

  • Track and evaluate brand performance, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Use data and insight to recommend pricing, positioning and future investment decisions.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly partner brand performance reviews with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise brand performance across markets.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded marketing professional with strong FMCG experience and a passion for brand growth.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand, category or trade marketing.
  • Strong experience delivering campaigns, brand plans and NPD launches.
  • Background in the food, grocery or FMCG sector (essential).
  • Experience working with external partners or supplier brands.
  • Export or international market experience (highly desirable).
