Are you a highly organised and commercially minded Procurement professional looking to join a leading interior design studio? Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious and highly respected interior design business in their search for a Procurement Co‑ordinator to join their collaborative team based just outside Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a creative, fast‑paced environment, supporting the delivery of high‑end residential projects across the UK and internationally. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, working closely with designers, suppliers, and clients to manage the end‑to‑end procurement process.
DAY TO DAY:
- Creating and managing FF&E budgets across multiple projects
- Overseeing procurement from quotation through to invoicing
- Raising purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships
- Developing and maintaining procurement and project schedules
- Acting as a key point of contact for client communications
- Coordinating installations with contractors and logistics teams
- Providing financial updates and reporting to senior leadership
- Identifying cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
- Managing project close‑outs, including snagging and reconciliations
- Maintaining and updating supplier databases

- Proven experience in procurement (ideally within interiors or a creative environment)
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
