Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the appointment of a Part-Time Payroll & People Administrator to join their friendly People team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HR and/or payroll experience who is looking for a flexible, home-based role with occasional office attendance. You will play a key role in supporting accurate payroll processing and providing essential HR administration support within a collaborative team environment. The role is primarily home-based, with attendance required approximately once per month at the Camberwell, London office.

28 hours per week (part-time)

Salary banding £26,500-£29,700.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing monthly payroll accurately and in line with procedures
  • Maintaining employee payroll records, benefits, and pension data
  • Responding to payroll and HR-related queries in a timely manner
  • Supporting payroll reporting and month/year-end processes
  • Assisting with HR administration and wider People team tasks
  • Liaising with external providers, including payroll and pension partners
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Supporting improvements to systems and processes where required

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • 1-2 years' + experience in HR administration and/or payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive and helpful approach with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based role
