Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing, multi-site organisation in their search for a HR Advisor to join their dynamic People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and impactful role, combining hands‑on people support with the opportunity to shape and develop HR policies across the business.
The Role
- Providing HR guidance and support to managers across employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintaining accurate HR records and systems in line with GDPR requirements
- Producing and analysing HR data to support business decisions
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Coordinating HR meetings and providing general administrative support
- Supporting redundancy processes and consultations
- Administering employee benefits and payroll‑related processes
- Supporting performance review processes and advising managers
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies in line with legislation and best practice
- Recommending improvements and supporting new policy initiatives
- Developing supporting documentation, templates, and guidance
- Advising on policy interpretation and ensuring consistent application
- Supporting the rollout of policy updates through training and communication
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data
- Confident working independently and across multiple sites
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (40 hours per week). Travel to multiple sites required – access to your own vehicle is essential.
