Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic charity in their search for a Temporary Administrator, based in Gloucester.
The role will contribute to the efficient administration of membership services, ensuring that a consistently high-quality service and experience is delivered to all members and customers.
This role is expected to last 6 months, however this could be extended.
- Day to Day
- Handle enquiries and complaints from members and customers across all channels (e. g., face-to-face, telephone, email), ensuring an excellent service.
- Process membership applications, renewals and resignations using the CRM database, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payments are processed accurately (including Direct Debit mandates and BACS payments).
- Process product orders and course bookings; coordinate delivery and dispatch of publications from the warehouse or through external mailing houses.
- Support the delivery of effective membership recruitment and retention campaigns.
- Engage with members and audiences, building relationships and understanding, both in-person at events and careers fairs, and by email and telephone.
- Build relationships with other teamsto help support development of membership resources.
- Liaise with external suppliers and consultants as required (e. g., telemarketers).
- What We Would Like To See
- Experience in a customer services or membership environment.
- Experience of CRM or other database systems.
- Experience of office or membership administration, including processing financial records.
- Excellent IT skills and experience of using MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, confident phone manner.
- Understanding of the principles of customer care and their importance.
- Awareness of GDPR and implications for communications and data handling.
- Experience of working under pressure, and manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
