Juice Cheltenham is seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling Assistant to coordinate and manage appointments for our clients' field engineers, on a temporary ongoing basis. The role involves planning daily schedules, liaising with engineers and customers, and ensuring appointments are allocated efficiently to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
Day to Day
- Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for field engineers.
- Allocate jobs to engineers based on availability, location, and skillset.
