Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established, privately owned business in Gloucester in their search for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to join a successful business, offering a stable, full-time position within a supportive working environment, alongside a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
DAY TO DAY:

Coordinating end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processes.

Processing new starters, leavers, salary changes, tax codes and pension contributions.

Supporting compliance with HMRC requirements.

Preparing and submitting payroll reports.

Maintaining payroll schedules and communicating key dates.

Supporting the employee onboarding process.

Maintaining accurate holiday and absence records.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
At least three years' previous end-to-end payroll experience, ideally within an SME environment.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Previous experience supporting teams .

The ability to manage payroll responsibilities effectively and meet deadlines.
WORKING HOURS:

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, In office
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
