Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well established and growing organisation in Gloucester in their search for an HR Administrator to join their busy and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Coordinate and administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, contract preparation and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and managing recruitment documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and issuing of employment contracts, offer letters and HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
  • Support the HR team with absence management administration and reporting.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR support in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll administration by ensuring employee data is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
  • Produce HR reports and management information as required.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience within coordinator/admin experience, any type of HR experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using HR systems would be advantageous.
  • A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable but not essential.
