Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the search for a Business Support Administrator, based in Gloucester. This will be on an ongoing temporary basis, however there is an opportunity to go permanent, for the right individual. This is 30 hours per week and days/hours can be flexible. Please note that a DBS check will be required for this role.
Day to Day
- Provide a professional and friendly front of house service, based on excellent customer service
- Ensure the office receives excellent business support
- Provide a full range of activities to support and enable efficient and effective meetings
- Provide written, verbal and e-correspondence, in collaboration with management and operational colleagues, ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate responses
- Undertake desktop research on behalf of colleagues and management to inform responses to correspondence received or to enable the completion of specific reports
- Ensure recording is of a high standard and adheres to the statutory regulations
- Provide a reliable and accurate administration service to all members of staff
- Ensure an efficient, polite and professional telephone answering service
- Comply with administrative regulatory requirements
- Supporting the development of management information systems
- Assist with initial enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Oversee processes and ensure they are completed in line with organisational policies

- Previous CRM experience
- DBS check will be required.
This role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00.
