As the ambassador of the building, you will take pride in creating a polished, personal welcome for all tenants and guests—ensuring everyone stepping into the environment feels both acknowledged and valued.

They are currently home to 13 tenants across a range of innovative industries, with 2 vacant spaces soon to be filled. Since moving into new ownership in January 2024, the building has entered an exciting period of investment and tenant‑focused development. They also champion partnership with local Bristol and Bath businesses, frequently hosting pop‑up showcases within the building to spotlight local talent and enhance tenant engagement.

Working days are November 5th (12pm‑5pm), 6th & 7th (8am‑5pm).

DAY TO DAY:

  • Monitoring building presentation, reporting any maintenance issues, and supporting wider office coordination.
  • Offering light administrative support including deliveries, enquiries, passes, and supplies.
  • Assisting with internal events and working with local partners on pop‑up stalls and brand showcases.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous guest experience, hospitality, concierge, or customer‑facing experience.
  • A warm and engaging personality with confidence in greeting and approaching people.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
  • A proactive character, someone who enjoys being visible and not desk‑bound.
