Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and fast-growing organisation within the property and facilities sector with the appointment of an experienced Electrician. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, weekday-only role with variety, autonomy, and long-term progression within a national business.

Day To Day

You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, including storage facilities, office buildings and retail locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Carrying out routine inspections, testing and reactive electrical repairs
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
  • Working in line with health & safety regulations, Permit to Work systems and company procedures
  • Maintaining clean, safe and compliant working environments
  • Accurately recording completed work and associated costs using internal IT systems
  • Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Liaising professionally with colleagues and site contacts to minimise disruption

This role would suit a proactive and reliable electrician with a strong maintenance background and a flexible approach to regional travel.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A completed electrical apprenticeship
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • A strong understanding of health & safety and risk assessments
  • Confidence working independently across multiple sites
  • Good IT skills to log work and maintain records
  • A full UK driving licence

Additional certifications such as IPAF, CSCS, roofing or cladding experience are desirable but not essential.
