Are you organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy providing great customer service? We are recruiting a dedicated Administrator to work within a busy and established team of 10. This role centres around business-to-business communications, working with a ticketed helpdesk set up to ensure customer queries are dealt with smoothly. This role comes with full training in the role and a supportive team environment. Hours of work – 10 am – 6 pm.
Day to Day
- Liaising with business-to-business customers, following initial sale of product
- Responding to queries over delivery times / days, clarifying information, providing photographic images, additional detail etc.
- Meeting daily / weekly response times, working to set Service Level Agreements, entering all information and data correctly into the CRM
- Ensuring compliance and adhering to relevant policies / regulations
- Using MS Word or Excel daily
