DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor live CCTV footage and identify any suspicious or criminal activity. Respond promptly to alarm activations, following established procedures. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, liaising with clients, customers and security providers. Accurately record incidents, maintain event logs and update monitoring systems.
