Juice Recruitment we are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced and organised Temporary Office Manager to support a busy and growing team based in Cheltenham , This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys creating an efficient, welcoming workplace and thrives in a varied role where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be proactive, approachable and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both office operations and the wider team.
DAY TO DAY
- Coordinating office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Supporting HR administration, including onboarding new starters and assisting with Health & Safety processes.
- Managing incoming telephone calls, post and deliveries.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, refreshments and stationery.
- Maintaining an office equipment and asset register.
- Assisting with office facilities management and ensuring the workplace remains organised and well-presented.
- Coordinating team lunches, employee celebrations and team-building activities.
- Supporting internal communications and office announcements.
- Assisting with general HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Liaising with suppliers and coordinating office deliveries.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing additional administrative support as required.
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience administrative experience is essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- The ability to multitask and work independently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Docs)
