DAY TO DAY:
- Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries promptly
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and preparing client care documentation
- Verifying client identification and source of funds
- Supporting with title checks under supervision
- Drafting and issuing contract packs
- Obtaining redemption statements
- Assisting with pre-contract enquiries on sale files
- Preparing pre-completion documents, including invoices and statements
- Updating the case management system accurately
- Supporting team members to ensure efficient case progression
- Building strong relationships with third-party stakeholders
- Participating in ongoing training and development
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
