Junior PR Account Executive in Cheltenham

Due to continued success and an expanding client portfolio, they are now seeking a driven, proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join their collaborative and talented team.

This role is ideal for someone with a degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Media or a related subject who is passionate about storytelling, current affairs and brand communications and is keen to build a long-term career within the PR industry.

You may be a recent graduate or have some relevant internship, placement or work experience, but most importantly, you will be enthusiastic, highly organised and eager to learn.

The day to day:

As a Junior Account Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality PR and social media campaigns across a diverse range of clients.

• Supporting the planning and delivery of creative and results‑driven PR campaigns
• Writing and editing press releases, articles, reports, whitepapers and social media content
• Researching news, industry trends and relevant media opportunities
• Building and maintaining media lists
• Monitoring press coverage and supporting the production of coverage reports
• Assisting with client social media content and scheduling
• Supporting account management activity, including client liaison, diary coordination and event organisation
• Helping to coordinate campaign activity and ensuring deadlines are met
• Researching relevant industry awards and supporting award submissions
• Providing general support to the wider PR team across client accounts and campaigns

Relevant internship, placement, student media or work experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
