This is a permanent, full time position based at the company’s modern Cheltenham head office. The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and genuine scope for progression.

The day to day:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity and targeted research.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, email and other relevant digital channels.
  • Conduct detailed research using LinkedIn, media sources, press coverage and sector insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients, building credibility and trust.
  • Accurately record and manage opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department and Sales team to ensure a smooth and effective handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Share insight and best practice with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Work towards clear and achievable performance targets aligned with wider business objectives.
