Juice is thrilled to be supporting a fast-growing digital agency based in Bath, which is looking to work with a talented Business Growth Manager.
This agency is one to watch and has seen excellent growth in a short period of time, you’ll be working with a capable team of commercial strategists and business growth experts, who deliver exceptional results for their clients in digital marketing.
As Business Growth Manager you’ll be out there hunting down leads and closing new clients for the agency.
DAY TO DAY:
Generating and increasing inbound leads and enquiries
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets to develop agency recurring revenue
Hit and exceed expected monthly KPIs- Namely client meetings, proposals sent etc.
Accelerate internal prospecting capabilities to promote both internal and external lead generation.
Ensure prospecting and sales cycle is aligned with CRM capability to ensure effective workflow and pipeline management.
Support commercial teams to orchestrate pitch work to match client pain points with our suite of solution based digital marketing services.
Maximise brand image and work proactively to leverage agency credentials using thought leadership and other creative strategies including tender submission.
Closing business, onboard and managing after-sales process alongside operational teams.
Maintaining high client retention rate by developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
1 Year+ in-house or Agency experience within a Business Development or Operational capacity.
Experience of using a range of prospecting and pipeline management tools including
Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
Uncapped commission on offer in fun, creative environment.
