Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with an award winning company in Filton, with the appointment of a CCTV & Control Room Team Leader. You will lead the control room team and keep daily operations running smoothly. Support staff, manage performance, and help deliver a high-quality monitoring service.
Working hours: 42 hours per week (08:00-20:00). You must pass security vetting, provide 5 years of employment history & references, and be able to explain any gaps in employment.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee day-to-day control room activity
- Support and guide a team of operators
- Run 1-2-1s and team meetings
- Help with training, recruitment, and onboarding
- Monitor CCTV, calls, and alarms when needed
- Keep records, standards, and response times on track
- Identify issues and suggest improvements
- Previous team leadership experience
- Strong communication and people skills
