Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting a well-established and growing organisation based in Bristol, as they look to expand their friendly and hardworking team. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Administrator to play a key role in supporting project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating survey appointments, liaising with social housing tenants, and ensuring surveyors’ diaries are efficiently managed. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to arrange survey appointments
- Liaising with tenants to coordinate suitable appointment times
- Scheduling appointments in the most efficient geographical order
- Maintaining and updating multiple surveyor diaries accurately
- Recording all appointments on the internal Asbestos Management system (TEAMS)
- Updating schedules in real time to reflect any changes or cancellations
- Ensuring all systems are aligned and appointments are correctly logged
- Supporting surveyors and technicians with daily schedules
- Handling general enquiries, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately
- Maintaining internal databases and records with accuracy
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
