Day to day responsibilities:
- Managing customer and supplier orders from processing through to delivery
- Monitoring orders closely to ensure timely completion
- Communicating daily with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email
- Coordinating deliveries, shipments, and related documentation
- Managing a high volume of incoming emails
- Supporting the resolution of customer queries, delivery issues, and payment delays
