Overseeing a portfolio of properties, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property career, with clear scope for progression, professional development, and fully funded qualifications.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a dedicated portfolio of 120 properties.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and provide feedback to landlords.
  • Compliance & Legal: Maintain up-to-date compliance across the portfolio, including Right to Rent checks.
  • Tenancy Renewals: Handle renewals for tenancy agreements and rent recovery policies.
  • Move‑Out Process: Coordinate student/tenant checkouts and property handovers.
  • Office Administration: Manage daily inquiries, answer phones, and handle internet registrations.
  • Lettings Support: Conduct viewings, process tenant references, and finalize tenancy agreements.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

  • At least 1‑2 years property management experience.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
