This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property career and enroll onto Level 3 ARLA qualification, with clear scope for progression and professional development. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in overseeing a diverse residential portfolio. The role is office-based, focusing on compliance, maintenance coordination, and tenant/landlord communications.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage reactive maintenance requests and instruct contractors
- Liaise with block managers regarding communal issues
- Process checkout reports and manage deposit returns
- Ensure compliance across the portfolio, including certification renewals
- Coordinate invoices and liaise with the finance team
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both tenants and landlords

- Minimum 1 year in property management / maintenance.
- Confident handling tenancy deposit returns and negotiations
