Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client in search of an Outbound Contact Centre Agent to join their busy Sales team based in Bedminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys a fast-paced, outbound-focused role and thrives in a structured contact centre environment.
DAY TO DAY
- Handle outbound enquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.
- Book appointments quickly and accurately, in line with company procedures and availability.
- Manage and update Consultant diaries in advance, including re-visits.
- Monitor and action awaiting appointments, web enquiries, postponed and cancelled bookings.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminder emails and text messages.
- Ensure appointment outcomes are updated accurately on the CRM system.
- Organise out-of-area appointment coverage where required.
- Support other agents to ensure appointments are booked efficiently.
- Carry out ad hoc customer care calls and feedback findings to the management team.

- Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, sales or appointment-booking role.
- Confidence handling high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to scripts, processes, and data accuracy standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
