Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a professional and fast-paced organisation in search of an Office Assistant - this will most likely be 12 weeks temp, with the opportunity for permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to‑day running of the office, providing administrative and customer support while working closely with internal teams. This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple tasks with a positive and professional approach.

DAY TO DAY

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
  • Managing and updating internal databases and customer records
  • Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems
  • Supporting compliance processes and internal procedures
