You will support senior leaders within a fast‑paced professional services environment, playing a critical role in the seamless delivery of client work and the efficient operation of the wider team. Providing comprehensive administrative and project support, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, coordinating complex schedules, managing competing priorities, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service for both internal and external contacts.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing complex and ever‑changing diaries, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics, often involving detailed planning
- Supporting multiple projects simultaneously, each with differing levels of complexity
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining high‑quality client‑facing documents and presentations
- Acting as a central point of contact, managing inboxes, calls, and communications
- Supporting meetings, events, and team activities, including client‑facing engagements
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure processes are followed and deadlines met
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
