This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to play a key role in managing enquiries, converting leads, and supporting business growth. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team within a thriving business based near Bedminster.

DAY TO DAY

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and respond promptly via phone and email
  • Manage quotations and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system
  • Build and develop strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Advise customers on suitable products and support them through the buying process
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfilment
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and support wider sales growth

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • A confident communicator with strong telephone and written skills
