Customer Service Advisor in Bristol

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and letters from customers
• Take ownership of individual cases and follow them through to resolution
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to solve customer issuesKeep accurate records and update the company CRM
• Provide helpful, friendly advice and guidance to customers
• Work to personal and team targets while maintaining excellent service standards

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous experience in an office-based role
• Confident, professional, and friendly on the phone
• Calm under pressure and able to handle challenging situations

• Competitive salary £25,750 with bonus (OTE £27,500)
