Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation based in Bristol, as they look to expand their friendly and professional Finance team. They are seeking an Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the finance function on a full-time basis. This position would suit someone with strong administrative, numerical, and Excel skills who is confident working in a fast-paced office environment and able to pick things up quickly. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a varied workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, completing, and issuing high volumes of invoices in line with client requirements
  • Inputting and processing data accurately onto internal systems
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and approvals
  • Maintaining and updating sales ledger records and spreadsheets
  • Supporting with invoice queries and resolving discrepancies where required
  • Monitoring workflow to ensure timely processing of invoices and related documentation
  • Chasing outstanding information to support deadlines and smooth processing
  • Assisting with basic credit control queries and escalating where appropriate
  • Ensuring all records are kept accurate and up to date across systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider Finance team

  • Previous experience in an administrative, finance admin, billing, or data entry role
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (Fully office based, until completion of first year) 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday. No weekends required.
