Juice Recruitment is supporting a well-established Charity in Bristol who are looking for an experienced 3rd Line ICT Support Technician to join their IT team on a temporary 6-month basis. They need someone who can handle advanced IT support issues that have been escalated from other support teams, and who can take full responsibility for fixing complex technical problems from start to finish. You’ll also help keep their IT systems running smoothly, secure, and up to date, and support IT improvement projects. This role suits someone who already has experience in 3rd line support or infrastructure engineering and is confident working with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. You should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, managing priorities, and working in a busy environment.
What you will be doing:
- Fixing complex IT issues that 1st and 2nd line teams cannot resolve
- Managing and maintaining IT systems, servers, networks, and cloud services
- Working with Microsoft Azure (cloud systems) and Microsoft 365 (email, logins, security tools)
- Supporting networks including WiFi, routers, switches, DNS and DHCP
- Managing user access and systems through Active Directory and related tools
- Monitoring systems to keep them running well and secure
- Helping with IT projects and system improvements
- Keeping clear records of work, changes, and fixes
- Communicating clearly with users and other teams
