This will be perfect for someone with a love for AI and data who also has strong customer service skills.
- DAY TO DAY
- Be a front-line point of contact for customer technical support, helping to triage, investigate, and resolve issues raised through support tickets, email, calls, or internal escalations.
- Help customers understand how to use the system effectively, especially during onboarding, configuration, and early product adoption.
- Report and document bugs for the engineering team to be fixed.
- Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Customer Success, customers, Product, and Engineering.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve support, documentation, QA, onboarding, customer research, internal process improvement, and product feedback loops.

- Extensive experience using various AI platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with HTML, CSS, Java Script, Type Script, React, Python, or SQL.
- Strong customer service skills.
