Looking for a Sales Manager role where you can lead, grow business, and make a real impact?
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well‑established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Bath as they look to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to step into a leadership role, taking ownership of the sales function while managing and supporting one team member. You'll play a key role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the agency's excellent reputation across the Bath property market.
DAY TO DAY
- Driving new business generation, property valuations and instructions.
- Managing your own pipeline of property sales from instruction through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
- Monitoring sales activity and identifying opportunities to maximise business performance.
- Working closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
- Representing the business professionally within the local community and property market.
- Managing and supporting one member of the sales team, providing guidance and encouragement to help them succeed.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
- Previous experience within residential estate agency, ideally as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Sales Manager.
- Proven experience working in the Bath market.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
- Experience mentoring or managing others, with the confidence to support and develop one direct report.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for delivering results.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
AND FOR YOU
- Salary of £30,000, with OTE up to £38,000.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday work.
- Paid business mileage.
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holiday's.
