Property Administrator - 1 year FTC in Bath

Juice is partnering with our long standing client in their search for a Property Administrator on a 1 year Fixed term contract.

This role will be perfect for a natural people person with strong administration skills. This is the perfect entry level role into property. No driving required!

DAY TO DAY:

• Proactively manage the customer service for clients are met to a statutory requirements level.
• Complete referencing, right to rent checks, move in paperwork and initial move in funds for all prospective customers.
• Deposit registration and deposit return management.
• Collect & verify move in and out data and ensure that the property management system accurately reflects all actions taken.
• Process move out documentation when needed.
• Checking and payment are received inline with SLA's.
• Arrange inspections of all properties inline with agreed timescales.
• Identify, mitigate and report all risks to the Line Manager.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate.

• Comfortable taking responsibility, working independently, and problem-solving.
• A strong telephone manner and experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience working to deadlines and managing competing priorities.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
