This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking to take ownership of a broad marketing remit whilst supporting business growth across three established brands. Working closely with the Directors, you’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating new business opportunities and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that make a measurable impact.
This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone with around 1–3 years’ marketing experience who enjoys getting involved across the full marketing mix and is looking to continue developing their career within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring content is current, engaging and optimised.
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Produce a range of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies and promotional content.
- Coordinate photography, videography and project showcases to support marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, lead generation and ROI.
- Manage online reviews and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business through marketing initiatives and relationship building.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and represent the business at networking events and industry functions.
- Support the preparation of tenders, proposals and business presentations.
- Maintain CRM records and assist with lead generation activity.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities.

- 1–3 years’ experience within a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Specialist role.
- Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing and content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience creating marketing collateral and supporting brand development.
- Confidence representing a business professionally and building relationships with prospective clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience within construction, property, facilities management or professional services.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid advertising.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
