Marketing Executive in Bath

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a highly respected business in a beautiful retail environment, gaining exposure across all areas of marketing and business operations.
The role is varied, hands-on and ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a premium brand setting.
The Day to Day:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing activity while also assisting with day-to-day administrative and customer-focused tasks.
This is a broad role offering genuine learning and development within a supportive and high-end retail environment.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Create content for social media platforms to support brand awareness and engagement
Content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials, including imagery and video.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and support brand partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands.
Support updating and maintain website content, including product and brand updates
Work closely with partner luxury brands to support marketing activity
Liaise with external agencies where required
Provide excellent customer service, handling incoming calls and enquiries
Support sales administration and assist sales colleagues as needed
Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team
About You:
At least 1 year\’s experience within a marketing role
Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
Content creation using Canva/Adobe
Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
A genuine interest in luxury brands and premium customer experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.).
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience working with Shopify
Exposure to luxury or premium retail brands
Experience working with external agencies
