The Role

Working as part of the Creative team, you'll support the development and delivery of engaging creative concepts across a range of print and digital projects. You'll collaborate with designers, artworkers and project teams to create visually compelling work that reflects client brands and meets production requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation of artwork for packaging, retail and consumer products.
  • Supporting the development of creative concepts from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Creating layouts for presentations, look books, style guides and marketing materials.
  • Designing digital assets for online campaigns, websites and social media.
  • Preparing artwork ready for production with support from the Creative Artworking team.
  • Working within established brand guidelines and licensing requirements.
  • Amending existing artwork and supporting product launches.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Keeping up to date with design trends, consumer products and popular culture.

About You

You're a creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Whether you've recently graduated or already gained some commercial design experience, you're eager to learn, develop your skills and contribute to exciting creative projects. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, be open to feedback and have a genuine enthusiasm for producing high-quality creative work.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design ability.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative creative team.
