Juice is delighted to be working with our client in their search for a Finance Administrator on a contract basis (9 months).
This role is 30 hours a week with some flexibility on exact structure.
This is a great opportunity for someone with confident finance knowledge and administration skills.
This role has arisen due to growth and business expansion.
- DAY TO DAY β
- Monitor shared finance inboxes and ensure queries are responded to promptly or directed to the appropriate person
- Support processing invoices and updating approval workflow
- Support with supplier onboarding and keep their data up to date
- Perform routine reconciliation activities, including bank and payment platform reconciliations
- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation when required
- Support the use of finance applications such as Xero and associated integrations
- Support wider finance team with ad-hoc admin tasks including reports for different departments

- Previous use of Xero is essential to this role
- Experience working in an SME environment
- 30 hours a week flexible across days however needs 3-5:30 each day
- Experience with international currencies preferred
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent experience
- Experience processing high volumes of data accurately
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ideally 1 β 2 years experience within finance or bookkeeping

- Requirement to be able to travel to Bath for ad-hoc in person meetings (approx 1 per month)
