Duty Manager to lead their front of house teams. Located in the heart of Bath, this award winning hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, with a major expansion underway.

DAY TO DAY
As Duty Manager, you'll be a visible leader, working alongside the reception, housekeeping, and future restaurant teams to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading the hotel operation during your shift.
- Supporting and supervising reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams.
- Working on reception and assisting with food and beverage service when required.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining the highest presentation standards throughout the hotel.
- Coordinating communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coaching, motivating and developing team members.
- Assisting with the training and onboarding of new colleagues.
- Ensuring health, safety and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role within a quality hotel.
- A genuine passion for boutique hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A confident, hands on leader who enjoys supporting and developing others.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and problem solving abilities.
- A positive, professional and guest focused approach.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
