Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting an award-winning and rapidly growing marketing agency in the search for a talented Digital Account Manager to join their established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious digital marketing professional with hands-on experience across paid media channels who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, build strong client relationships, and accelerate their career within a dynamic agency environment.
The Role
Working as part of a highly successful digital team, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, planning and delivering digital campaigns, and supporting the development of strategic digital marketing initiatives.
You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and clients across a diverse portfolio, ranging from exciting start-ups to established e-commerce brands, ensuring exceptional campaign performance and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns
- Building and delivering digital strategies aligned to client objectives
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing insightful reports
- Managing budgets and maximising ROI across campaigns
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Taking ownership of projects from conception through to completion
- Supporting new campaign briefs and contributing strategic recommendations
About You
We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will ideally have:
- 2-3 years' experience in digital account management or paid media
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Experience across:
- Paid Search
- Paid Social
- Paid Display
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to progress your career
Please note: This role is focused solely on paid media channels. Applicants whose experience is primarily within SEO, content creation or organic social media may not be suitable for this position.
