The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and detail-focused Middleweight Creative Artworker to join a leading creative studio supporting some of the world's biggest entertainment and consumer brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Artworker who takes pride in producing technically accurate, production-ready artwork and enjoys bringing creative concepts to life across print, packaging, retail and digital channels.

Working as part of a collaborative creative team, you will play a key role in ensuring artwork is delivered to the highest standard, working across multiple projects while managing deadlines, brand guidelines and production requirements.

The day to day

As a Middleweight Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for preparing, adapting and delivering artwork across a range of creative outputs.

You will work closely with designers, creative teams and production partners to ensure all assets are accurate, compliant and ready for manufacture or publication.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Preparing and adapting artwork for print and digital applications.
  • Completing pre-production artwork checks, image retouching and asset preparation.
  • Creating and amending packaging artwork.
  • Producing layouts for style guides, look books and presentations.
  • Creating advertising, retail and point-of-sale artwork.
  • Producing product and packaging mock-ups.
  • Managing artwork versioning, updates and localisation requirements.
  • Ensuring all files meet technical specifications and production standards.
  • Interpreting brand guidelines, licensing requirements and retailer specifications.
  • Preparing complex design files for manufacture and reproduction across consumer products.

You will have a strong eye for detail and be confident identifying potential issues before production, ensuring every piece of artwork is technically flawless.

About You

You are an experienced Creative Artworker who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment and takes pride in precision, organisation and quality.

You will be someone who understands the importance of detail, enjoys problem-solving and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining consistently high standards.

You will ideally have

  • Proven experience working as a Creative Artworker within a studio, agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and artwork preparation.
  • Experience creating production-ready files and managing artwork amendments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong file management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines accurately.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
