Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a creative, fast growing media agency in the search for a Client Services Manager to join their ambitious and collaborative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced client services or account management professional who enjoys building long term relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to completion.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, overseeing project delivery, identifying commercial opportunities and helping shape the continued growth of the agency.

The day to day

As Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service whilst coordinating internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and to the highest possible standard.

You'll become a trusted partner to clients, proactively managing relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and ensuring clear communication throughout every stage of the client journey.

  • Client Services & Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Build strong, long lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Organise and lead client meetings, providing updates, recommendations and strategic guidance.
  • Ensure clients remain informed throughout projects, managing expectations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow existing accounts.
  • Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage the flow of projects across the agency, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Take detailed client briefs and translate requirements into clear internal project briefs.
  • Coordinate work across creative, media and marketing teams.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Act as an escalation point for client queries and project issues.
  • Account Growth & Commercial Development
  • Work alongside senior leadership to develop and oversee client strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Recognise opportunities to increase account value through additional services and strategic recommendations.
  • Support business growth by identifying target sectors and contributing to new business initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments to support commercial decision-making.
  • Forecasting & Commercial Management
  • Assist with forecasting and resource planning.
  • Monitor project budgets and support accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Contribute to pipeline reporting and commercial planning.
