This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, highly organised marketing professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and international environment.
You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering digital and content marketing campaigns for a portfolio of international clients, working closely with internal Sales, Editorial and Operations teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong results and exceptional client service.
Based near Bath and Bristol, the business has over 26 years’ experience in digital publishing and works with leading organisations across the USA, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific.
The role offers the opportunity to work with a range of digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, project management and AI tools, with full training provided.
The Role
As a Campaign Executive or Senior Campaign Executive, you’ll take ownership of the successful delivery of marketing campaigns for allocated clients.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard and in line with agreed commercial objectives, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
You’ll be
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital and content marketing campaigns.
- Taking ownership of campaign performance and revenue across your allocated client portfolio.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
- Providing exceptional ongoing client service and acting as a key point of contact.
- Monitoring campaign performance against agreed expectations and objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise campaign performance.
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Editorial and Operations teams.
- Making proactive recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and insight.
- Managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Using CRM, digital campaign delivery, project management and AI tools to manage your workload and deliver campaigns effectively.
- Developing your understanding of digital marketing and content marketing.
- Contributing to client retention and long‑term commercial relationships.

About you
- 2+ years’ experience working within a professional services environment, such as digital publishing, marketing agency, events, science, scientific publishing, recruitment or another professional services environment.
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong competency using Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
