This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you will play an integral role in the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business.
This is far more than a transactional accounts position.
You will become a trusted member of the team, helping to ensure financial accuracy, improve processes and support commercial decision‑making as the business continues to grow.
- DAY TO DAY
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and preparing payment runs.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
- Raising client invoices promptly and accurately.
- Monitoring outstanding debt and professionally chasing overdue payments.
- Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as Quick Books.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, journals and month‑end processes.
- Supporting cashflow reporting, billing forecasts and management reporting.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure purchase orders and billing information are accurate.
- Reconciling supplier invoices against media spend and assisting with resolving discrepancies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and increase efficiency.
- Acting as a helpful and approachable finance contact across the wider business.
- WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
- At least two years' experience within an accounts or finance position.
- Experience using accounting software such as Quick Books, Xero or Sage.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers, clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work independently.
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within a media agency, advertising agency or professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Be able to work in the office full‑time.
